El Paso Electric Company Announces the Roll-Out Of its 2016 Commercial Standard Offer Program

El Paso Electric (EPE) will be implementing its 2016 Commercial Standard Offer Program to provide incentives for energy efficiency measures to be
installed at commercial facilities located in EPE's Texas
service territory. The program is a "standard offer" program, by which eligible project sponsors are paid
incentives based on the amount of peak demand and annual energy savings which result from their energy efficiency
projects. Eligible energy efficiency projects may include a wide variety of measures such as energy-efficient HVAC and
lighting systems, controls, and renewable energy system installations. This standard offer program is similar
to those being offered by other investor-owned utilities in Texas.
